From UA perspective looking back at support requests, there have been
only a small handful of cases involving Xen hypervisor itself. There
are quite a few cases where we fixed the Xen guest code in the kernel,
but that's of course different.
So while I would still recommend putting Xen into the 'best effort'
section, in practice it's likely to make little to no difference for
UA.
