To follow up on this issue, I uploaded chromium-browser
1:84.0.4147.135-0ubuntu1 to groovy yesterday, and I will SRU to focal
as soon as the current SRU hits focal-updates.

Thanks Robie for suggesting this solution, and Dimitri and Steve for
validating it.
