I realised (with some nudging, thanks!) that the above statement hadn't
been discussed with the SRU team prior to this, so it somewhat confusing
now! In addition to trying to move the above forward, I'll be updating
the linked wiki page with documentation on how to request inclusion of a
new package in the OpenStack SRU Exceptions.
