+1 maintenance report part 2

I looked a bit at sbcl. It is being held in proposed by a regression in cl-xmls, but looking at the cl-xmls failure, it is actually a failure of the clisp tests, not the sbcl tests. There is a version of clisp in proposed but it's failing to build on ppc64el and s390x with the error "oint_addr_mask does not cover CODE_ADDRESS_RANGE" (i think this might be caused by kernel changes perhaps?). clisp seems nearly dead upstream, so perhaps not testing it in autopkgtests makes sense? Or removing it? Or ignoring the test failure in cl-xmls.

suricata fails autopkgtest in a strange way, and it turns out Steve reported the reason three years ago: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=895342 (the service does not start unless there is a nic called eth0). I filed a bug in launchpad and tagged it to show up in excuses so hopefully people won't waste time on this again.

stylish-haskell ftbfs on some arches because the new version has a new dependency (from src:haskell-ghc-lib-parser) that did not build on those architectures because the build runs out of memory. I'm testing a build in my ppa with parallel builds disabled (https://launchpad.net/~mwhudson/+archive/ubuntu/devirt/+packages?field.name_filter=haskell-ghc-lib-parser&field.status_filter=published&field.series_filter=) to see if that helps but even then it's not going to build on s390x (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=967075) so there is still something to be figured out here. And it still OOMed on arm64.

acpica-unix ftbfs on armhf. Digging uncovered a segfault and more digging revealed that this was caused by the Debian maintainer "ack"ing previous NMUs by throwing part of one of them away. I uploaded it again and it migrated.

request-tracker5 ftbfs for fairly trivial reasons. I reported a bug in debian about this: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=988905

python-iptables was failing its (superficial) autopkgtest due to changes in the output of ldconfig -v. I filed a PR upstream https://github.com/ldx/python-iptables/pull/322 and uploaded it.

ogre-1.9 ftbfs on armhf. I found an upstream PR with a fix (https://github.com/OGRECave/ogre/pull/1592) and uploaded it.
