Hi Erich,
thanks for reaching out!
And also thanks for understanding everyone being busy, but in addition
recently a few moves, PTOs and health issues have made the
capacity-ice on this thin enough to crack - sorry for that!

Steve was so kind to reach out to me (I'm just back from PTO and still
weathering the inbox storm) and made me aware of the situation that
you reported.

On a first glance it really seems all kinds of special team tasks are
needed, archive admins, release team, sru team - so we need
a range of people and functions.

This can't be just wishful thinking and the reality is clear - I'm unable
to do it all myself :-/
Therefore I've checked what we can do and wanted to share the
outcome so you know who to engage with (we will look at backlogs
and team subscribed issues, but you know best some cases just
need discussions).

- Release team: I asked utkarsh2102 and his management chain,
and they donated his time for Tue/Wed/Thu.
Thanks to his team for spending his time - it is important to us!

- SRU: I've checked and while it is probably already EOD for
RAOF (Tue) the next two normal shifts are rbasak (Wed) and
ahasenack (Thu) which are both available this week and will
therefore do their full shifts.

- Archive admins: for the coming three days I'll (cpaelzer) try to ignore
the urgency in my back-from-PTO inbox and give the AA queues
and pings a look. While I'm not trained in all AA-tasks yet, I'll get
those resolved that I can, to allow others to only focus on where
they are strictly needed.

- At the same time sil2100 is so kind focussing on the point release tasks

Let us hope we can make an impact on this.
And to all the sick folks, get well!

P.S. extra thanks to Utkarsh, not only for helping but also for
forwarding me the mail as only some ubuntu-devel mails seem
to get through to me.
Analyzing that is a task for another day though ...
