AFAIK, mostly no. There are a couple which are pure database additions,
that I could consider upstreaming. But most are entangled with various
other deltas that, for example, introduce new database fields, or new
(non-standard) boot scripts, to fix an issue on a single board. The sort
of stuff that, were I the upstream, I'd reject in a heartbeat
(especially for hardware that I have a strong suspicion is unused
anymore).
