Hi, I adopted dh-virtualenv in Debian (now maintained in the Debian Python Team) and released 1.3 and 1.3.1, which are in testing and unstable. Ubuntu still has 1.2.2-2. The new versions port the tests to pytest, switch to a native package with hatchling and restore the documentation in a new dh-virtualenv-doc binary. They also fix several long-standing bugs: options passed by dh as -O--name=value being dropped, --builtin-venv failing without --python, build paths left in the activate and console scripts, and --setuptools broken with virtualenv >= 20. Ubuntu has no delta, so I'd like to propose syncing 1.3.1 into tenacious. Since dh-virtualenv-doc is a new binary, the sync will also need NEW review.
