Well, for one reason or another, that I'm not completely sure of, the
cloud image build process using live-build explicitly declares the 'server'
as a task to install.

So moving memtest86+ to server wont really help.

So I guess I just need to remove -server from the tasks that are installed
by the cloud-image build process, and then add to cloud-image seed
anything that is in server seed that we want.

and then move memtest86+ to desktop-common and server.
