I'm not envisioning much more than having a more recent version of rsyslog in
As it turns out, I got a reply back from the upstream developer who confirmed
that liblogging-stdlog was not receiving as much tender loving care as he
would like, so a MIR is out of the question.
So disabling the use of liblogging-stdlog & fixing the few tests that rely on
it is a better answer.
