Hi Dmitry,
Thanks for bringing this up!
I was also looking at the same from past couple of days (was actually
giving an intro into ubuntu-development in one of the schools) and
found that some parts are outdated.
I can take a look at the whole packaging guide starting this weekend
and if anyone would help out (like co-maintain stuff), would be
interested in updating the docs.
/me lifts his both hands up to help in this regard.
