APT 1.5~alpha4ubuntu1 (cherry-picked a fix for apport failure: LP
sends redirects with Content-Length: 0, APT treats this as the
response having content and tries reading until remote closes
connection or it times out).

You might be seeing build failures due to

https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad-buildd/+bug/1701826

(apt-get now treating unsigned repositories as an error instead
of a warning on update, and launchpad-buildd creating such a repo)
