Call for testing: netplan.io on 18.04

Hello,

As many of you must have noticed, netplan is now the default network
configuration tool on Ubuntu.

http://netplan.io

There have been a number of changes to netplan and many new features
added this cycle. As we get closer to the release of Ubuntu 18.04, it
is past due to involve everyone in testing netplan and making sure it
is solid and as featureful as possible for a wide range of use cases.

Please also let us know about any feature gaps that remain in what
netplan supports, so those can be properly documented if they can't be
closed by release time.

Please report any bugs you find in netplan here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/netplan/+filebug

If you are unsure whether something is a bug, it might well be. If
you're unsure how to do something, you can also look up questions, or
add your own, here:

Thanks,
