Hello everyone, I'd like to announce the second successful publication of the Stonking Stingray monthly snapshot - Stonking Snapshot 2. You can find the images on cdimage.ubuntu.com, for instance: https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/releases/26.10/release/snapshot-2/ https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/lubuntu/releases/26.10/release/snapshot-2/ https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-budgie/releases/26.10/release/snapshot-2/ ...and so on. :) All the 30 images are published but the content-cache is being a bit tricky at the moment so the links aren't live but should be any moment. This time we've introduced a breaking change which we gave a heads up about in the last announcement. The changes have been described in a nice discourse post here: https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/some-recent-cdimage-changes-for-improved-consistency/84525 These aren't production-ready and should be seen as "throwaway artifacts" for now. Snapshot 3 is scheduled on July 30th - make sure to have your uploads in by then if you'd like your changes to be a part of it. Until then, have fun testing - don't forget: the water is calm, but something stonking is just beneath the surface.
