I don't have high expectations, what should be done with cosmic and the
remaining 3 1/2 months of support. That test rebuild was needed as a baseline
to compare with the GCC 8.3, Python 2.7.16, Python 3.7.3 updates planned for
cosmic, and later on for bionic. Build failures might hide issues for such a
comparison. I still think that ftbfs issues should be fixed in the LTS releases
so that these don't need to be addressed when a security updates is required.

The advise given by the SRU team was to file all these with priority high, and
tagging as rls-XX-incoming.
