Desktop does review the incoming lists for bionic/cosmic/disco weekly in
the team meeting.
How important do you consider Cosmic packages failing to build at this
point though? Those are not problems directly impacting users and Cosmic
is about to be replaced as current stable...
(also some of the bugs mention the build failing on 'an updated
toolchain', what is the toolchain update those are referring to?)
