I've retried 20+ autopkgtests using "./retry-autopkgtest-regressions
--log-regex 'Temporary failure resolving'" and similar patterns. Those
will be automatically retried when
https://code.launchpad.net/~rbalint/autopkgtest-cloud/+git/autopkgtest-cloud/+merge/384609
gets merged.

libwebsockets: rebuilt packages to finish transition: driftnet
forked-daapd mosquitto
python-tornado: filed LP: #1884061 to remove mitmproxy and let it
migrate (needs ubuntu-archive action)
node-commander: needs to go in with uglify-js, triggered probably
flaky arm64 test
libvorbis: sponsored Olivier Tilloy's fix

- added multiple hints suggested by ginggs

- uploaded r-cran-sf 0.9-4+dfsg-0ubuntu1
- uploaded r-cran-brms 2.13.0-1ubuntu1
- uploaded r-cran-stanheaders 2.21.0-5+really2.21.0-1-0ubuntu1
- uploaded r-cran-dplyr 1.0.0-1ubuntu1
- opened LP: #1884451 to remove r-cran-openmx
with this removal r-base will be ready to migrate
Filing hints reminded me that hints are still maintained in Bazaar,
