Any hint how to fix python 3.11 pth files errors? (Was, First Noble Numbat test rebuild)

Hey there,

I noticed that a bunch of the desktop failures are python 3.11 problems
similar to the one discussed in
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1033353

> TEST FAILED:
/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/debian/tmp/usr/local/lib/python3.11/dist-packages/ does
NOT support .pth files

Is there any standard fix/suggestion for those cases (to avoid having
for everyone to figure out the same thing again)?

Cheers,
Sébastien
