I'd like to announce the second successful publication of the monthly
snapshot - Resolute Snapshot 2. You can find the images on
cdimage.ubuntu.com, for instance:

https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/lubuntu/releases/26.04/snapshot-2/

...and so on. :)
Few teams have already started to update release notes, which could be found at

We'd like to remind you that these aren't production ready and should
be seen as "throwaway artifacts" for now.
Whilst the snapshot was planned for next week, we wanted to do it a
week earlier so as to give ourselves some time to fix anything that
might break ahead of the EOY shutdown from w/c December 22nd.
The snapshots will be back next year and the first one in 2026 is
scheduled to be on January 29th.
