So Bileto (aka requests.ci-train.ubuntu.com) is gaining some exciting
new features that require a beefier VM to run, so it will be taken
offline briefly and redeployed with more CPU, more RAM, and more HD
space.
I expect the outage to last only 30 minutes, and should begin shortly.
