+1 maintenance June 3, June 4

Looking for two days on build failures, starting at the bottom of
update_excuses, packages which have a build in both the release and proposed
pocket. These are still all initial build failures from the groovy opening.
Excluded rust-* and node-* packages.

No update to the wiki page, there's nothing to mention except that
update_excuses is still not empty ;p

Things in detail:

- looked at fmtlib, spdlog, sopt.
- filed a debian bug for fmtlib not building a shared libraryLooking
- fixed spdlog to build with the packaged fmtlib
- fixed sopt to link with the packaged fmtlib

- mercurial merge

- asked for rapmap autopkg ignores, package only built on amd64

- removals
- relion, ftbfs, removed in testing, no rdeps
- python3-watson-developer-cloud: remove NBS binary

- force-sync python-jedi

- filed Debian issue for python-memprof autopkg test failures

- filed upstream issue for protozero ftbfs with -O3

uploaded a work around, filed a bug in Debian

- python-gmpy2: retried autopkg test on armhf, timed out before

- paulstretch: fix ftbfs, fix taken from the Debian BTS

- retry mailman autopkg test with postorius from -proposed.

- move opendrim-lmp-cpu opendrim-lmp-sensors to multiverse (dependency on on sfcb)

- removed mp3check, removed in testing, no rdeps
- removed mldonkey, removed in testing, no rdeps

- removed mpqc, mpqc3, and rdeps ghemical, libghemical, removed in testing

- remove mlton, mldonkey, mlton, removed in testing. demote rdep urweb
- removed libusbtc08, removed in testing and unstable, no rdeps
- removed libvma, removed in testing, no rdeps
- removed libgtextutils, removed in testing, no rdeps
- removed libinnodb, removed in testing, no rdeps
- removed libgrapple, Ubuntu only, ftbfs, no rdeps

- fix ftbfs for libtrace3
- fix ftbfs for lwipv6

- remove linux-raspi2-5.4, linux-raspi2 packages, renamed in at least groovy

- handled some removal requests filed by other +1 maintainers.
