Well, yes, but that's a bit reductive with respect to what being in main
means: we also commit to fix those bugs, and same for src:run-one (in
main only as a dependency of byobu, same situation as byobu). As the
status quo is that today the package wouldn't have the MRE requirements,
and that incoming bugs always get low priority, it just feels right to
me to move it to universe.

However from this thread and other discussions it's apparent that people
see value in byobu being installed by default on Server, and this can
only happen if the package is in main. Also byobu "just works": there
are bugs, bug no high impact bugs. My idea is to snooze this proposal
for now, and bring it up again in case a future devel release breaks
byobu in a way that's not easy to fix (e.g. new tmux version with
breaking changes in its interface).
